How Remediate works, what you pay for, and who to ask.

Who we are
Remediate is made by Turbo Puffin LLC in Georgetown, Massachusetts.
Plans and payment
Every org needs a plan: Starter at $19, Pro at $79 or Business at $199 a month, in US dollars. Each plan includes a number of pages a month, and extra pages cost your plan's rate. A file's pages count once a month when we fix it, however many times you run it. Checking doesn't use pages, but it has a monthly safety limit.
Every plan starts with a 14-day trial, once per person, and you'll need a card to start it. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Your files
Your files stay yours. We keep uploaded files for 30 days and then delete them, or sooner if you delete them yourself. Files you send to the API to fix right away aren't stored.
What we can and can't promise
We fix what the PDF/UA check can measure, and we tell you about anything that's left and how to fix it by hand. A clean check doesn't prove a document is easy to use, so we recommend listening to important files with a screen reader before you publish them.
